At Scentiucandleol, we are committed to your satisfaction with our custom-manufactured blinds and curtains. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged.

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process:

  • Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly manufactured
  • All specifications are confirmed with you before production begins
  • You are responsible for providing accurate measurements
  • Changes cannot be made once manufacturing has commenced

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will make it right:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Provide photographs showing the defect or issue
  • Keep all original packaging and materials
  • We will arrange for inspection and replacement if warranted
  • Shipping costs for returns of defective products are covered by us

Manufacturing Errors

If we make an error in manufacturing your order:

  • We will remake the product at no additional cost
  • Incorrect dimensions or specifications will be corrected
  • Wrong colors or materials will be replaced
  • We cover all costs associated with our manufacturing errors

Standard Products

For non-custom, standard products:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds issued within 10 business days of receiving the return
  • Restocking fee of 15% may apply

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team via phone or email
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive return authorization and instructions
  • Package the product securely in original packaging
  • Ship to the address provided using a trackable method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products manufactured to your specifications
  • Products that have been installed or altered
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products without original packaging and tags
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under certain conditions:

  • Standard products may be exchanged for different sizes or colors
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchanges subject to product availability
  • Price differences may apply for upgraded products

Refunds

When a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes 10 business days after receiving the return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount when applicable

Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Inspect packages upon delivery before signing
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Orders can be cancelled before manufacturing begins
  • Full refund issued for cancelled orders not yet in production
  • Partial refund may apply if materials have been ordered
  • Orders in production cannot be cancelled
