Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process:
- Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly manufactured
- All specifications are confirmed with you before production begins
- You are responsible for providing accurate measurements
- Changes cannot be made once manufacturing has commenced
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will make it right:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photographs showing the defect or issue
- Keep all original packaging and materials
- We will arrange for inspection and replacement if warranted
- Shipping costs for returns of defective products are covered by us
Manufacturing Errors
If we make an error in manufacturing your order:
- We will remake the product at no additional cost
- Incorrect dimensions or specifications will be corrected
- Wrong colors or materials will be replaced
- We cover all costs associated with our manufacturing errors
Standard Products
For non-custom, standard products:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds issued within 10 business days of receiving the return
- Restocking fee of 15% may apply
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team via phone or email
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package the product securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided using a trackable method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products manufactured to your specifications
- Products that have been installed or altered
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Products without original packaging and tags
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under certain conditions:
- Standard products may be exchanged for different sizes or colors
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Exchanges subject to product availability
- Price differences may apply for upgraded products
Refunds
When a return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 10 business days after receiving the return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount when applicable
Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged:
- Inspect packages upon delivery before signing
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement
Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to the following:
- Orders can be cancelled before manufacturing begins
- Full refund issued for cancelled orders not yet in production
- Partial refund may apply if materials have been ordered
- Orders in production cannot be cancelled
